Red Lobster in Plantation

Tonight was not the best experience for takeout. The staff was really nice and explained that the manager only allowed 1 person to make the takeout orders. We (the customers and staff) all agreed that the manager made an unfortunate decision on a busy evening. I would not recommend the crab legs, the rice, the broccoli, nor the signature LOBSTER, in a to-go situation. The shrimp was good and the other good side item from this meal (especially considering the travel distance home of approximately 8 -10 minutes) were the biscuits. They were warm when I arrived at my residence. All in all, I would have to imagine that a sit down dinner would be a better choice than takeout at the Red Lobster on University Drive in Plantation, FL.

They serve big portions and for reasonable prices. kind employees. Never disappointing.

I took my girls out to dinner last Saturday. Not only they love this place, but they also enjoyed the meal and had a great time. The waiter was just as nice and attentive as he possible. He checked on us almost every 10 minutes just to make sure we got what was needed. The service was excellent.

We arrived at this spot for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

Waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was served in reasonable amount of time and was good - seemed fresh. The salmon was perfectly cooked.I used The table kiosk to get cost of meal before waiter brought the check. It was very convenient but I didn't trust it enough to put my credit card in it.

It should be called the red herring. One would expect a dining experience to have at least one wow moment. The food, service, and atmosphere were oh hum at best. For the money, the food was just " ok ". Run don't walk, don't pass go, don't collect your 200$$. Go anywhere else. Or stay home..

The food was fresh and delicious. Our server was amazing, fun, attentive and bubbly. My family and I had a great time.

Horrible experience. I went there and waited a hour and 20 minutes and was only served bread and my drinks. My waiter payed us no attention and just kept saying my food was walking out now. After we waited another 20 minutes without food we decided to just walk out. Horrible server and the hostess was rude as well. Will never visit this location again👎

Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. Horrible server and Horrible hostess. After I waited over an hour for my food I asked for my check to leave. Without even blinking or apologizing for wasting my night he said okay and walked off and never returned. Me and my fiance left hungry and disappointed after driving out of our way to this location. DO NOT EAT HERE

The biscuits were very soft and fresh. The bartender made us the best Bahama Mama that we have ever had. Very good, as well as the food. Best experience yet at Red Lobster.

Seafood is my favorite. I haven't been here in so long. The waitress seemed a little new... but the food was great.

I've been coming to this place several times and I was always satisfied with my orders particularly my server Chris. He always delivered an excellent job, but today he's off and had different server named Macey. She doesn't seem like she wants to work there. No sense of urgency. I had to asked her several times for a refills of my soda and extra napkins. She doesn't show any enthusiasm. Doesn't even come by to check if i need anything. At one point I thought she forgot about me. Very disappointing.

We had to wait thirty minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was not crowded, our bread, rice and baked potatoe were all served cold. My original teacup was dirty and I had to find another waitress to bring my drink. I felt like I worked at Red Lobster by the time we were done with our meal. The service was horrible but the waitress was very nice so we just endured the horrible service, tipped her and left after we were done eating. The replacement baked potatoes were fresh and my salmon was delicious! UPDATE: I returned to the restaurant at the urging of a manager by the name of Tonya and was delighted to have a server named Angel. My food was served hot, the biscuits were fresh and everything was absolutely wonderful! I didn't wait thirty minutes to be seated and the customer service experience was amazing! Thank you Tonya, the manager on duty Saturday night and Angel for serving up excellent customer service!

Very good food & very good service

I always enjoy coming in in person, however, the reason for the two stars is because this is the second time I order Red Lobster through Postmates, and once again, no sides! I had ordered mashed potato & rice with our order but they didn’t send it. I tried to call and speak with a manager but maybe due to the current situation it’s hard to get anyone on the line. Highly disappointed!!!!!!

Had to wait a little bit on the food but it was worth the wait great food and really nice wait staff

Today was great, my father is allergic to softshell seafood, and the Kitchen Manager made it his business to make sure that my father was able to enjoy a piece of fried fish, my father being a strong willed guy ate his food and complimented the manager of the kitchen several time, and my mother gave a tip to the cook and the waitress. The waitress was outstanding, my daughter was very impress with how she remembered everyone order without writing anything down. I must say our food came just as we ordered, way to go. The food was great especially the bread and the service was excellent. Our server was a short young lady wish I had gotten her name, but she was sweet and pleasant. Will definitely go again.

Another round of a fun and nice environment, yet also tastefully elegant dining experience. Staff and manager was super nice and inviting and everything tasted great. Dont waste your time go their!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went 4 times where i ordered online and they were had my order ready 20 to 30 minutes after their order ready time on the email receipt. Then hand your food in a crushed up paper bag. What the Heck!

Thanks for screwing up Mothers Day, arrived for a 6 pm preorder and they were just serving 4 pm orders. Nice

Service was very slow an we waited for our drinks about 20 mins after we ordered our food. I had to ask for some garlic bread while waiting and then the waiter informed us the bread was still baking after waiting 30 mins.Never again will I go that store again. Awful service.

Portions were small I ordered the scallops in the fish. I've had bigger portions at bars at bar fried food. There was good social distancing that was cool but other than that the meal was not the best but the service was very good

Man my food was cold and I called to see why my food not done yet, the phone was ring for a long time then someone picked up they just said hello then hung up... I got there to pick up my food it was a long line of upset ppl and I'm waking up this morning feeling like sh!t this morning all gassy that reminded me to write this review I told my girl we should of went somewhere else, it's like the service went down recently and also noted will make you wait Soo long to Walk in order tooAlso they forgot my girlfriend deserts and no forks ect

It was pretty good on my last visit. Customers were a bit on.the noisy side but food tasted good.

I call this outstanding restaurant once a month because I enjoy the good mood that is characterizes this place. The personel is very friendly and well trained. The service is extremely efficient. Not to mention, the food they cook is excellent. I visited more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is honest. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

They staff is a mess they made us wait for a long time for our drinks and the crab legs where still frozen . Our waiter was very nice!!! And try he’s best but the kitchen was crazy! We even got a gift card to apologize for the bad experience.

The server has on point, courtesy, professional, and understanding of the kids needs. They went above and beyond and provided extra food at no charge to keep the kids happy. The biscuits are amazing. Had the surf and turf with grilled shrimp, all cooked perfectly.

Dinner was great but the waitress didn't even take the time to see that we needed drinks, napkins and I hate going to a place where I have to be asking for the things that you should know that is needed plastic utilities with 1 small napkin is unacceptable and asking for straws come on you are a waitress you should know your job I still left her a 17% tip but she didn't deserve it

I have been here more than 5 times. Holiday season or even a slow day. The food is great. I orderrd the ultimate feast, cesar salad and starwberry lemonade. Pictured inserted below. You can't really go wrong with with Red Lobster. The best biscuits, the friendly and professional service. And afterwards my server gave my daughter a biscuit with a sweet syrup as a treat.

Alwasy have a fantastic meal and this restaurant didn't fail.

How rude ! I called and Told them I placed an order the employee really told “ okay so what you need? You said you placed an order so what you need?” Great service red lobster ! SMH

Good food, good service affordable and nice location too.

I had a hard enough time ordering the food over the phone. I really don't understand why they don't have a direct number accessible to the public. The number online is for a call center that has to transfer you to your requested Red Lobster location. Weird. Anyway, I go to pick up my order, head home ready to chow down and everything felt like it came out of the fridge. Nothing looked cooked. I was so disappointed I called them right away and the manager Michael was extremely helpful, professional, apologetic and sincere. He fixed my order for me with everything I needed and more to go. I really appreciate the excellent customer service because it's so hard to come by nowadays. Just want to say thank you and keep it up. God bless you.

Endless Shrimp Special - Mmmmm!

Out waited did the absolute least she can do. If I didn't ho out of my way to ask other waiters for our food it would have never came to us.A table that was seated 20 minutes after mine was served right after and a table across was serviced with a wait time of 20 minutes to an hr. Doesn't end there, when the food was rushed out the rice looked mixed in with black burned rice and they waiter mentioned a side I did not order and forgot my side all together til I complained. Just close the store down.

Absolutely fantastic, and delicious. Our server , Marissa was excellent. Will ask for her next time we go.

Dinner was great!! I had the Bar harbor lobster bake ❤️ My husband and I also tried the Langostino Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip it was amazing as well!! Great night out without the kids.

Pretty standard Red Lobster. Food is average. Service is uneven. This location seems dated. This location in Fountains Center has a Tesla Supercharger station so that is a big plus!

First time, since there aren't any in Montreal. The biscuits melt in your mouth. They are a must. Mix of sweet, salty and warmy goodness. Overall service was good, forgot our side dish but quickly rectified the situation. Management made turns of all the tables checking in. Which is always appreciated. We had a fisher medley which included crab, lobster, two varieties of shrimps and a choice of two sides. Massive eish. Not the freshiest seafood I've eaten. The crab was very dry, making it hard to extract fir its shekk. But all in all a satisfying meal. Would definitely give it another try. Parking on site, no reservations needed.

First time back here in about 3 years for a business lunch and it was absolutely fantastic and the service was great.

The service was very quick in about 10 minutes I had food on my table and was already eating.The server was really polite, patient and helpful in explaining some of the food items on the menu. The food was A+ even though I found the bread a bit salty but it was still delicious and hot. I particularly enjoyed eating the Shrimp.I liked the display of lobsters in the waiting area with real lobsters in the small aquarium. Really enjoyed watching them when I was done eating.

Ordered online and they accidentally forgot a few things from my order. When we got home and realized we called and went back and they gave us our missing items plus additional dessert and were so kind and helpful! Definitely great customer service.

No greetings at the door. Ignored until we spoke, and the service was very slow. I will however give BIG respect to Rosita, our hostess. She was excellent.....
